Van To Some, Canvas To Others
While cycling home today I passed this van.
I can’t help but seeing someone parking his white van in the evening, coming home from work, and then coming back in the morning to pick it up..

Back from the Cote

We were in the Cote D’Azur where we had a great stay at our friends Sandrine and Regis’ place. A highlight surely was the genuine french diner that Sandrines’ mother made us - here we’re walking back to the house after having a look around the organic gardens.
The dog is called Slim and he didn’t really fancy me.
The picture is taken with a Blackberry 8300, which has a decent camera for a phone I think, here’s another one.
New Company!

This evening we went out for drinks to celebrate the kickoff of a really exciting project we are working on. We all think this really is something quite different and we are lucky - blessed - to work with some amazing talent and a great client to get this off the ground and onto this thing we call The Interwebs.
This might all sound a bit vague I guess, but once the ‘soft launch‘ is on, you’ll read about it here..
I’m off for a short holiday now - Big Thanks to Asi Metric for supplying a ton of wicked new tunes & mixes to fill my iPod - nice one mate! : )
Streetlab festival in Amsterdam

We were at the Streetlab festival today in Amsterdam. It just opened so everyone was still busy setting up shop in big metal storage boxes, so not much to say about it yet.
I did pick up a t-shirt by a crew called Venour which I like. Nice paper bag too.
Separated at birth?

Shoreditch house breakfast fest

We had a lovely breakfast in London this thursday with Pokers (from right to left) Buzz, Gor, Julie, moi, Karen and Sean. We met at the newly opened - and beautiful - membersclub Shoreditch House which is situated right above the Mother / Poke office - it was cool to see what the endless drilling had been good for.
I forgot to bring my swimming trunks and bowling shoes.
I is in ur flushing businesses

Sean carries this card with him in his wallet.
Naturally stunning

ANP photographer Meijert de Haan shot this picture earlier today east from Texel in Holland.
Back from Barca
Hola, we just returned from spending a few chilled out days in nice & sunny Barcelona.

The staff at the Pulitzer was nice. We experienced some faulty machinery in our room so they moved us to Room 303 and surprised us with a nice & chilled bottle of Cava, free breakfasts and the Acid House Hits 88 - 89 compilation cd.
Ok that last bit is a lie.
I had seen the Segrada Familia from the outside before, but had never been inside. I found it quite an experience being in a cathedral that is actually still under construction - felt a bit like witnessing history in the making I guess.

Not sure what to think of the on-site coca cola & kodak vending machines inside the cathedral though - lets say they ‘felt bit out of place’. Although they might fit just fine on a historic timescale. Depressing thought.

Liked a lot of the streetart and shops in El Borne, where we spent most of our time.
Nice litter
